Data subject rights

This is the official channel to exercise the rights granted by Art. 18 of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The request is free, you receive a reference number by email, and our answer within 15 calendar days, under Art. 19, §1 of the LGPD.

  • We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before acting on the request. This protects you: without that check, anyone could ask for your data in your name.
